Nutrition Coach, professional over-sharer and firm believer that pasta belongs on a weight-loss plan.
I’m a Women’s Nutrition & Fat Loss Coach, and I’ve helped more than 135 women lose weight, eat better, feel healthier, have more energy and feel more confident without making “being on a diet” their entire personality.
Because I really like food.
I like meals out. Holidays. Pasta. Wine. Tacos. Dessert.
I also really care about feeling strong, healthy, energised and comfortable in my body.
You probably already know that!
👉🏼 You know vegetables are good for you.
👉🏼 You know movement matters.
👉🏼 You know eating takeaway every night probably isn’t helping.
The women I work with aren’t lacking knowledge, intelligence, or yet, another PDF of healthy meal ideas…
They’re usually bloody capable women who manage careers, businesses, families, relationships and a million other responsibilities!
And, that is what interests me!
Not just what you’re eating, but why is this happening in the first place?
❌ Why are you starving by 4pm?
❌ Why does everything unravel when work gets busy?
❌ Why are evenings so much harder?
❌ Why does one meal out somehow become a four-day “fuck it” event?
❌ Why do you keep ending up back at Monday promising yourself this time will be different?
Because once we understand why, we can actually do something useful about it.
A meal plan can tell you what to eat when everything is organised, the fridge is full and you've had eight hours' sleep.
But what happens when life goes t*ts up?
👉🏼 When work runs late.
👉🏼 When you’re exhausted.
👉🏼 When your period arrives and you could inhale the contents of the snack cupboard.
👉🏼 When you’re going away for the weekend.
👉🏼 When dinner wasn't planned.
👉🏼 When you’re stressed, emotional, bored or simply cannot be arsed.
That’s where I think good Nutrition Coaching actually earns its keep. Because the goal isn't to make you brilliant at following a plan…
It’s to make you bloody good at looking after yourself, whatever life happens to be doing around you!
🍝 I really like food. Convenient, considering the career choice.
🏋🏼♀️ I strength train because I care about being strong, healthy and energised just as much as I care about what the scales say.
🍷 I have a social life! Meals out, weekends away, holidays and drinks are staying, thank you very much!
📱 I will overshare. Because if something happens during my own journey that might help you understand yours, there is an extremely high chance it's going on Instagram.
🧠 I will always ask why. I'm far more interested in understanding what keeps throwing you off than handing you another list of foods you're “allowed” to eat.
🌮 And no, I don't survive on chicken and rice… frankly, life is too short!
I speak to so many women who feel like they should have figured this out by now.
🔥 They're successful
🔥 Dependable
🔥 Capable
🔥 They're the person everyone else relies on
But food is constantly lurking somewhere in the background of their mind.
What am I eating later?
I've been terrible today.
I really need to lose this weight.
I'll sort myself out next week.
Why can’t I just stick to it?
And, after years of starting, stopping and making promises they haven't managed to keep, something bigger starts happening… they stop trusting themselves.
That's why my coaching has never just been about getting someone a lower number on the scales.
Of course I want you to get results...
But I also want you to reach a point where your health feels settled.
👉🏼 Where you know how to feed yourself.
👉🏼 You can navigate a holiday.
👉🏼 You can have a chaotic week.
👉🏼 You can eat out.
👉🏼 You can lose weight and know how to keep it off.
👉🏼 You don't need to constantly “get back on track” because looking after yourself has simply become part of how you live.
👉🏼 And, your health supports your life instead of competing with it.
If you’re tired of constantly trying to lose weight, eat better or become more consistent, only to end up having the same conversation with yourself a few weeks later, I can help you understand what keeps getting in the way and actually change it.
Not by making your life revolve around nutrition, but by teaching you how to make nutrition work around your life.
Not sure where to start?
Fair warning: I share everything 😂
